when they say they will is a miracle! At no stage throughout the entire process from an
initial call to get a quote for their services all the way through to the completion of the
project did we have a single problem in communications. Hannan property Services were
professional, reliable, efficient, trustworthy and approachable at all times. They were very
good at project managing the build and were extremely diplomatic at handling neighbours and
local residents when it came to issues that might effect them as a
result of the work being carried out

Compared to other building companies that we approached, HPS automatically
understood the task in hand and were able to highlight the various obstacles that we
might have to overcome during the development of our new extension. Not only did this
provide us with confidence that HPS knew what they were doing but their advice also
enabled us to plan in advance and make cost saving decisions when
dealing with architects and local planners.

The build of our extension did not come without complications as the project evolved.
This was due to the age of the house and poor workmanship which had been inflicted upon it
prior to us moving in. HPS tackled each problem calmly and in a professional manner
assessing the various options and presenting the most economical solutions. The entire team
were a pleasure to work with and you always felt that your home was in safe hands.

Their attention to detail and level of craftsmanship is of an extremely high standard
and I would gladly work with HPS again should we undertake any further building developments.
