A 1,100 square ft double storey side extension and a ground floor rear
extension with roof lantern. To create a high specification Kitchen/Dining Room/
Family Room, 2 Double Bedrooms, 2 Bathrooms, Utility/Laundry Room and Study
Re designed landscaping to front and rear.
Design and materials to match existing house.

Front and Rear Specialist Project - Godalming, Surrey.

Rear of house: extended to create a Kitchen/Dining Room with Utility Room
and Cloakroom. The existing retaining wall was also re-strengthened
to support higher level Rear Garden and incorporate the extension.
The extension was constructed in Bargate Stone, to match the existing house.

Front of house: landscaped to a new lower level to create car parking spaces,
better access and a general updating to suit property and local area. Walls and steps
constructed in Bargate Stone with Indian Stone Paving.
